Education is the prerequisite for all kinds of development. An educated nation is a developed nation. It is said that education is the backbone of a nation. Education builds a person as a good citizen. There is no alternative to quality and up-to-date education for this. There are some limitations in the current education system. Corruption, lack of quality teachers, dilapidated school buildings, housing and transport crisis, lack of coordination, fake tendency in exams etc. are notable. We need to take some steps to overcome the crisis. The education sector needs to be free from corruption. Teachers need to arrange advanced training. School infrastructure needs to be made sustainable. Housing and transportation crisis must be overcome. Tests need to eliminate counterfeiting tendencies. The budget of the education sector needs to be further increased. 

The education sector in rural areas needs to be strengthened. Bangladesh has a glorious history of student politics. The student movement has played a glorious role in the language movement of 1952, the education movement of 1962, the mass uprising of 1969 and the liberation war of 1971. But later student politics got involved in murder, terrorism, extortion and tender bidding. As a result, student politics gave rise to controversy in many ways. In the long run, the government and the people must be sincere to enrich the education sector. Only then can we build an ideal education system.
