Facebook is a popular social networking website. Someone called it a blessing. Again someone called it a curse. There are many arguments in favor of Facebook. On the other hand, there are many arguments against it. Through Facebook we can easily find childhood friends. We can communicate with friends and relatives outside the country through Facebook at low cost. Facebook is the source of various news. It is also an excellent means of leisure entertainment. Facebook has also made communication easier in business and commerce. Various small entrepreneurs can inform about their products through Facebook. Facebook is a powerful platform for buying and selling various products. It has added a new dimension to our studies. We get a chance to know different information of studying in different groups on Facebook. 

We get the opportunity to take many valuable classes for free. Through this we can know various information related to class schedule and education. We can highlight various social problems, injustices, inconsistencies through Facebook. We can ensure financial assistance for the poor. We can create public awareness on various issues through Facebook. It takes away the precious time of our lives. Millions of working hours are being wasted every day. Our young society pass most of the time on Facebook. Facebook has brought about negative changes in our behavior, habits and way of life. Facebook is a major barrier to maintaining good family relationships. Today we do not have the mentality to sit and chat with family and friends. Today we have no desire to spend time with nature. Facebook has taken over everything. Facebook is the direct and indirect cause of various social crimes. Disobedience of parents, aversion to studies, mental frustration, cheating, spreading rumors, etc. are some of them. In the long run, every discovery in science has its ups and downs. Everything depends on the user. We need to be aware of using Facebook. It must be used for the welfare of the country and the nation.
