Food Adulteration and Its Damning Consequences Increased
Delwar Jahan works on natural agriculture. According to him, food is being contaminated in production and in storage. Most of these are being contaminated in the production process. It is important to work on these two areas to implement safe food.
The joint secretary of the Bangladesh Food Safety Authority said, “There is no room for compromise with anyone to make food safe. We are going to campaign in 64 districts very soon. We need to give it some time. Then it will be possible to realize the dream of safe food.”
He added, some dishonest and avaricious businesspersons adulterate different kinds of foods for greater profit. They never think the minimum safety of the customers.
