Good health is physical and mental well-being. A person who is completely healthy physically and mentally he is only the possessing in good health. In fact, only those who are in good health are truly happy and prosperous. There is a saying, ‘Health is wealth, health is happiness.’ We can follow strict hygiene rules to maintain good health. The rules include waking up in the morning, exercising regularly, eating a balanced diet, getting moderate rest, staying clean, not sleeping late at night and getting enough water. Besides, we can also be free from all kinds of worries, excitement and stress to maintain good health. 

A balanced diet is a diet that includes all types of food in moderation. And yes, of course I follow the rules of health care regularly and eat a balanced diet. Because, I want to be healthy and disease-free for the rest of my life. I must eat a balanced diet regularly. This is one of the ways to maintain good health. The importance of keeping good health beggars description. As is customary, health is the root of all happiness. Life is meaningless without good health. If you want to enjoy life beautifully, there is no alternative but to be healthy. In the long run, we must keep good health. Good health is essential for happy life. Good health is so important.
