400 Words Composition on The Life of a Farmer-100% hand note & easy!

From the dawn of civilization, the peasantry has continued to provide food for the people through the agricultural profession. The contribution of farmers in the economic development of the country is everlasting.

George Washington says, "Agriculture is the most healthful, most useful and most noble employment of man." A farmer is a person who does the work of farming. He leads very simple life. He lives from hand to mouth. He cultivates his own or other's land. He is a hard worker. He gets up early in the morning and works dawn to dusk. We know that Bangladesh is an agricultural country.

About 80% of the people in Bangladesh are farmers. Sixty seven percent of the total land of Bangladesh is used for agriculture. About 80 percent of Bangladesh's food grains are supplied by farmers. Our farmers are carrying on endless economic activities to alleviate the malnutrition of the people of the country by providing fish, meat, milk, eggs, vegetables etc.
At present, the plight of the farmers is getting worse day by day due to various reasons. Natural disasters are making them destitute and helpless. It is a fact that to continue the wheel of development by neglecting the main driving force of the economy, the farmer is really impossible. There is no denying that the benefits of government subsidies do not largely reach the peasantry at the end. Again, it is often impossible for farmers to sell the produce at the cost at which they produce it. Farmers, on the other hand, are forced to sell their produce to middlemen at a lower price. As a result, they do not get a fair price for their agricultural products. We have to remember that if the farmer survives, agriculture will survive and if agriculture survives, our country will survive. Farmers are the backbone of Bangladesh's economic development. They are the lifeblood of Bangladesh. Therefore, More and more facilities should be managed by the government for the betterment of the farmers.

In the long run, in order to save our peasantry, we have to make arrangements to purchase goods directly from them. We need to ensure fair prices for their agricultural products. To make the agricultural sector up-to-date, all modern agricultural equipments have to be handed over to the farmers. We need to arrange training for marginal farmers. We have to do our utmost for the farmers to save ourselves.
